Xavi Bové Studio is an established digital art studio that creates unique audiovisual experiences through light, image, and sound. Their works have been showcased internationally from Singapore to New York, and they collaborate with prestigious institutions, creative studios and international festivals worldwide.

In this lecture, you will delve into Xavi Bové’s artistic and educational journey, focusing on how to make a living from digital art.

The artist will take you through some of his studio’s most challenging projects.

Finally you will get a glimpse of the educational programs under his direction of Digital Art in Bachelor of Arts (Concept Art and New Media) and Master of Science and Digital Arts at La Salle – Barcelona Campus (Ramon Llull University).

Xavi Bové Studio

Artist and Director at University

New Media Artist. His work embraces a wide range of fields and techniques in media, such as light and digital art, immersive experiences and projection mapping.

From a technical background as a Sound and Image Telecommunications Engineer, he soon made the leap to artistic fields, with a Postgraduate degree and Masters in audio-visual studies.

He has participated in different festivals worldwide and has worked internationally in locations such as Berlin, New York, London, Singapore, Madrid and Rome. He gives lectures and courses, has been jury for many festivals and has been the artistic director of the renowned FIMG, the International Mapping Festival of Girona.

He is currently the director of the Digital Arts Degree and Masters at La Salle Barcelona Campus, Ramon Llull University.
